It is impossible for a visitor to Skype’s web and mobile sites to tell which experiences come from CrownPeak, which come from 3rd party providers, and which come from the CMS stack managed by the Skype product team. Gaining direct control of the Digital Experience Layer has enabled a huge jump in agility and success for Skype’s entrepreneurial groups.

MetLife

MetLife selected CrownPeak for a global brand roll-out following a major acquisition. With over 50 global markets, local agility and central brand control were important requirements.
