Senior Content Management System Consultant

Our CMS Developers are responsible for implementing and customizing our CMS. In this role, you will design and build CMS templates using different technologies, enable the integration of client-side and server-side code, apply best practices in user experience and web development, train end users and administrators, provide ongoing support and enhancements to the client's solution, and work directly with our clients to improve and adjust the CMS and related technologies over time.   • Provide End-User Support to customers using CrownPeak Technology
  • Develop CMS templates using C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and CrownPeak API routines

  • Work with the CrownPeak team to understand and document client functional requirements
  • Train end-users and developers on CMS usage

Qualifications
  • Expert HTML, JavaScript, CSS skills
  • 6 - 8 years proven experience in building and managing large, complex web sites and/or web applications in a Professional Services organization, or in a Digital Sustaining Engineering organization.
  • Strong scripting language skills, ideally with multiple languages (e.g. ASP.Net/C#, PHP, JS)
  • Good understanding of Information Architecture and related content management principles
  • Working knowledge of web site related technologies, including web servers/hosting, internet protocols and other standards (e.g. FTP, SFTP, XML, etc.)
  • Experience with integrating 3rd party solutions, (e.g. blog software, banner ad management, analytics, site search, e-mail campaign management, and e-commerce solutions)

Position Description

The Managing Consultant is responsible for recruiting, managing and career development of the CrownPeak professional services organization. The professional services staff customizes and integrates the CrownPeak products for its client base. The Managing Consultant is responsible for managing and maintaining the estimating model, delivery methodology and artifacts, ensuring quality services delivery in all consulting engagements, assigning staff to projects, and managing relationships with the customer base.

Objectives
  • Manage, codify and improve quality in services delivery
  • Maintain high customer retention
  • Scale the services organization profitably
  • Optimize and standardize service pack offerings
  • Improve training and methodology continually
  • Grow value per customer through upsell opportunities
  • Support new customer sales
Duties
  • Manage services resources
  • Manage and support existing accounts with retention and growth as objectives
  • Coordinate with sales management for scope development and pricing

  • Demonstrated ability to grow and manage the technical personnel and process associated with enterprise software delivery
